A SUBSIDIARY CLUB is a not for profit incorporated association which recognises the AMA as the Parent Association. Subsidiary clubs are a named insured on all of the AMA insurance policies. A CLUB CHAPTER is simply an extension of an AMA subsidiary club.
A Riding Club Branch is a subsidiary company of the AMA which is run by a volunteer board that has no associated interests.
